Our Run Training Plans are available for athletes looking to build up for their first 5K run to more experienced 5K athletes looking to improve their current ability.
Plans go right on from the 5K level to 10K, Half Marathon (13.1 miles) and up to the Marathon, 26.2 miles. Workouts vary from fitness enhancing intervals, endurance sessions and race specific workouts. Functional strength training, drills and skills are also built into these workouts.
If you are not looking to necessarily do any racing but instead are just looking for a program to enhance your running for overall general health we can help with that also!
