Program Overview 

 

Below are the plans and services offered by Trifitness USA. For more detailed information please contact us.

 

We offer three coaching plans, Bronze, Silver and Gold.  The plans created for all three coaching levels are tailored to the individual using the information from an initial questionnaire that is completed by each athlete detailing their past and present physical condition, any injuries past or present, limitations, time constraints, and more along with a start up consultation phone call. With this information a comprehensive plan is built for your specific capabilities and the racing you have planned.

Off Season Training – Two off season plans are available, Off Season Level 1 and Off Season Level 2 which are each eight weeks in length. There is also an optional strength training workout available for each level. The goal of these plans are intended to keep you conditioned and prepare you to start your dedicated training plan for your specific events. Each plan is delivered in the full eight weeks. Off Season plans are general plans and are not individually tailored to the athlete.

 

Off Season Level 1 and Level 2 with strength - $200 (No one time start up fee)

 

Off Season Level 1 and Level 2 without strength - $160 (No one time start up fee)

 

Run and Swim Video analysis - In person video recording cost - $200, Mailed in video costs -$125

Registered athletes training with Trifitnessusa receive a 30% discount on video analysis

 

For local athletes I'm available for in person training sessions at $60/hour.

 

Local athletes can have access to use a computrainer for bike workouts, and a Vasa trainer for swim workouts. Use of this equipment is at a cost of $20/hour.

 

Payments can be made by personal check or PayPal

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

      

Trifitness USA can work with local athletes and film you while running or you can send me video clips of yourself and I will then analyze your stride from a frontal, posterior and lateral view for symmetry and proper run mechanics. Once complete a CD of the analysis will be provided to the athlete. It will show all views with the various key points of running mechanics with imbedded voice overview.

Trifitness USA can work with local athletes and film you while swimming or you can send me video clips of yourself and I will then analyze your form from the front both above and below the water and from the side under water.  Once complete a CD of the analysis will be provided to the athlete. It will show all views with the various key points of swim mechanics illustrated with lines and angles and an imbedded voice overview to describe each point.
